SPECUP Beta Terms

By using SPECUP you agree to these terms and to the SPECUP Privacy Policy.

1. Pre-release software. SPECUP is in beta. It may change, break, be interrupted, or lose data. Do not use it as your only copy of anything, and do not use it as your official contract record.
2. You own your data. We host and process it to run the service and to fix problems. We do not sell it. We do not use your project data to train models that serve other customers without your written consent.
3. AI output is a draft, never a decision. SPECUP flags, drafts, and suggests. Your QC Manager, Superintendent, PM, and licensed professionals stay responsible for every submittal, certification, report, and signature.
4. Do not upload: classified information, CUI or FOUO-marked drawings or specifications, ITAR- or EAR-controlled technical data, medical records, Social Security or financial account numbers. SPECUP is not FedRAMP-authorized or CMMC-certified.
5. Confidential. SPECUP's screens, workflows, standards, checklists, and outputs are confidential and are trade secrets. Do not share screenshots, recordings, or demos outside your company.
6. No warranty; limited liability. SPECUP is provided as is. Our total liability to you is capped at $100 during the beta.
7. Access can end. We can suspend or end access at any time. You can export your data before you leave and for 30 days after.
8. Arizona law, venue in Maricopa County, Arizona.

If your company signed a Beta Program Agreement with us, that agreement controls where these terms differ.
